_ ARTICLES OF AgREEI~NT
MADfi this 1~_day of `January A. D. 1962, by and
between W. J. PIOWATY and MARJORIS K. PI061ATY, his wife,
parties of the first part, and QERTRUDT STRICKLAND and L. M.
STRICKLAND, her husband, of 107 North 11th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, parties of the second part,

That ff the said parties of the second part shall .first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to
the said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances,
by a good and sufficient Deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and
described as follows:
Lot 1, of Block 2, of SILVER LAKE PARK
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10, at page 4, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the said parties cf the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the parties of the first part, the sum of SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRID DOLLARS ($7,500.00), with interest from date
at the rate of SEVEN PERCENT (79~) per annum as follows:
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) upon the
signing of this Agreement, receipt whereof
is herer.y acknowledged;
SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) per month,
beginning February 16,.1962, payable on
the 12th day of each month thereafter,
until the folw be fully paid.
Each installment shall first Le applied
on the payment of interest and then on
the unpaid balance of the principal sum.
Said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay
all taxes, assessments or impositions that may be legally levied
or imposed on said land subsequent to the year 1961. Second
