SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MARINA
AT FORT PIERCE, INCORPORATED, a Florida corporation, which,
through its officers and agents, is in actual physical possession of the
hereinafter described real property, -the record fee simple title to which
is vested in Kicliter Oil Co. , Inc . , said real property being situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
From a concrete monument on the North line of the
South 80 feet of Lot 14, ~',ssessor'S Map of the North
part of Fort Pierce, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page
164, St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records, said
monument being at the intersection of the South line
of Avenue G (Norway Place) and the West line of North
Second Street in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, run
thence North 88 deg. -03 min. -35 sec. East 46.80 ieet
to an iron pipe on the East line of North Second Street;
thence South 14 deg. -58 min. -15 sec. East along the
East line of North Second Street 135. 80 feet to a con-
crete monument; thence North 89 deg. -57 min. -15 sec.
East 189. 37 feet to a steel axle; thence North 72 deg. -
32 min. -40 sec. East 363.20 feet to a bolt set in con-
crete at the Southeast corner of the Gerard property
(formerly Dorman property) and the point of beginning
of the lands herein described From said Point of Be-
ginning continue North 72 deg. -32 min. -40 sec. East
109. 15 feet to a chiseled "X" on the bulkhead on the
west shore of the Indian River; thence along the West
shore of the Indian River and the bulkhead run North
18 deg. -29 min. -39 Sec. West 95.95 feet to a drill
hole on the bulkhead; thence North 26 deg. -40 min.
30 sec. East 59.10 feet to a point on the bulkhead;
thence North 89 deg. -22 min. -13 sec. East 89.05 feet
to a point; thence North 10 deg. -36 min. -I1 sec. West
along the West line of the Simonsen property 117.45
feet to a Steel rod on the South line of Seaway Drive;
thence North 88 deg. -45 min. -30 sec. West along the
South line of Seaway Drive 265.15 feet to a nail and
disk at the Northeast corner of the Gerard property;

East line of the Gerard property 314.19 feet to the
Point of Beginning;
EXCEPTING: a 2 foot strip of lead, along and, parallel
to the West property line.
