TOGETHER with the improvements erected there n.
At the request of said Owner, and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars (;10.00) and other valuable considerations inuring to the
undersigned from Seventh Transportation Stations, Inc. , a Delaware
corporation, does hereby subordinate all its right, title and interest
in the above described real property and improvements, to the lien and
operation of the following:
1. That certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby
executed by the said Kicliter Oil Co. , Inc. to Seventh Transportation
Stations, Inc. , under date of September 11, 1961, recorded in Official
Record Book 26 at page 258 St. Lucie County, Florida pub-
lic records, securing the sum of a75, 000.00, and encumbering the above
described real property.
2. That certain Lease from Kicliter Oil Co. , Inc. to Phillips
Petroleum Company dated April 22, 1961, recorded in Official Record
Book 12, at page 158, St. Lucie County, Florida, records, together
with that certain Lease Agreement of even date therewith between said
parties, which latter Lease Agreement was adopted and made a part of
the first mentioned Lease being recorded in Gfficial Record Book 12,
at page 158.
3. That certain Assignment of Rents by Kicliter Oil Co. , Inc.
to Seventh Transportation Stations, Inc. , dated September 11, 1961,
recorded in Official Record Book 26 at page 268 St. Lucie
County, Florida, records.
