hereby acknarledged, do by these presents bargain, sell, transfer

CHASB, his wife, 3005 North Indian River Drive, Caribee Colony,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Plorida, all of my right, title,
and interest in and to the annexed Proprietary Lease, dated Kay 1
A.D. 1961, between Caribee Colony, Inc., a Plorida corporation,
therein called the Lessor, and MRS. RIB D. BRICI~CN, now MRg.
RC~B D. i~1ALKBR, therein called the Leaaee, which has been record
in Deed Book 249, at pages 290-303, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Plorida; to the forty (40) shares of common stock
of the Caribee Colony, Inc., a corporation; to the lands, tene-
cents and her id itaatents therein described; and t o a 11 other pr op-
erty, real sad personal, therein described; and to all iicensas,
privileges sad rights thereunder; aubject~ hoarever, to all the
' terms, conditions and covenants of said Proprietary Lease,, which
the said R~.I.AND A. CHASB and ~,IVB C. C~iASB, his wife, assume an
agree to discharge according to the provisions of said Proprietar
Lease.
