RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LEO GUETTLER, SR.,
d/b/a ORANGE AVENUE LUMBER ~0., with its principal place of-
business at Fort Pierce, Florida, the owner and holder of a cer-
twin material lien bearing date January 5, 1962, and recorded in
Official Record Book 27, at pages 29 and 30, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, F1oYida, for the sum of ONE HUNDRED FOUR AND
55/100 ($104.55) DOLLARS, as-set forth in said lien upon~the fo1-
lowing described property situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Begin at a point on the East side of Old Pine
Street (now South Second Street), where a line
dividing lots 1 and 2 of Tyler's Subdivision,
intersects said Pine Street; thence North along
the East side of said attest to a point 200 feet
north of the point of Beginning, thence East along
a line parallel with the line dividing said Lots 1
and 2, to the western boundary line of South Indian
River Drive; thence South along the West boundary
of South Indian River Drive to a line dividing
Lots 1 and 2; thence West along said line to the
Point of Beginning. The acme being the South 200
feet of Lot 1 of TYLER'S SUBDIVISION, Lot 4, Sec-
tion 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying
between South Indian River Drive and Old Pine Street.
Said premises being also a part of those described
in that Deed recorded in Deed Book 2, page 210 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLELsE full payment and satisfaction of said lien
and direata the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said LEO GUETTLER, SR., d/b/a ORANGE
