feet, thence Hest 50 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence Salt 50 feet
to the point of beginning.

Begin at a point on a-line parallel to and 25 feet (measured at right

g35 South, Range 40 Sast, in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County
Florida, said point being 121.38 feet east of the east line of the

point. The line det3cribed being also 50 feet went of and parallel to
the easterly 264 feet of aforesaid NSA and SX~t in the S~ of SW~ of
NSA of SW~ in Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 Salt, as per
Splat of J. O. Fries recorded in Plat Book 1, page 194, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The purpose of this Deed is to establish a common boundary between
the lands owned by the Grantor and the Grantees
