THIS COLLATERAL MORT(lA(IE DEED executed thin /p day
of Janus, A. D. 1983, by MARINA AT FORT PIERCE, INC. , a Florida
corporation, hereinafter called the mortgagor, to KICLITER OIL CO. ,
INC. , a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the mortgagor;
WHEREAS, Kicliter Oil Co. , Iac. , on the 11th day of September,
1961, being the thea owner in fee simpte of the hereinafter described
real property, executed its mortgage e4cumbering paid real property
to Seventh Transportation Stations, Inc. to secure the promissory note
of said Kicliter Oil Co. , Inc. of even date therewith and being in the
amount of X75, 000.00, payable in eighty (80) equal quarter-annual
payments of ;i, 535.73 each beginning April 1, 1963; and
WHEREAS, Kicliter 011 Co. , Inca has, this dart', executed and
delivered its deed of conveyance of the hereinafter described real pro-
perty to mortgagor subject to the lien and operation of the above des-
cribed mortgagts and the indebtedness thereby secured, which indebted-

under did sesame and agree to prey;
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable constderarions, and aLo
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note above
described from mortgagee to Seventh Transportation Stations, Inc. , which
the mortgagor has assumed and agreed to Pay. the mortgagor hereby
