AGREBt~NT FOR DEED

Made this ~_ day of January in the year of
our Lord, one thousand_nine hundred and sixty-two, between
ST. LUCIE INVESTMBNTS, INC., a corporation under the laws
of the. State of Florida party of the first part, and
INVBSTMBNTS OF INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Florida Corporation,
party of the second part,
WITNBSSETH, That if the said party of the second
part shall first make the payments and perform the covenants
hereinaf tsr mentioned on its part to be made and performed,
the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees
to convey and assure to the said party of the second part,
its heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee
simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and
sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of ground sit-
uated in the County of St. Iucie and State of Florida known
and described as follows, to-wit:
