as follows: begin at the south quarter corner

point 49 feet east of the north quarter corner
of said Section 4.
This deed is given to correct an error in that
certain deed between the parties hereto, dated and filed
,Yi,e,~ for record on June 20, 1961, recorded in Official lecords
f~.e` ~ r cook 12, page 530, public records of St. Lucie CoantF, Florida,
wherein the range number of the parcel described above wa•
inad~ertentl7 written as "28" instead of "38."
This dead is subject to the same ezceptions and
reaer~ations as are contained in the deed mentioned above,
and is made with the sale covenants and warranties of title
as set forth is said deed, but the Grantors do not warrant
against the rights of and parties claiming b7, through,
under, or against the Grantee.
