principal Office in the City of Chicago, County of Cook, Slate of Illinois, and authorited to do business in the
State of Florida, pursuant to the following By-Law which was adopted by the Directors of the Said Company on
the 2nd day of January, 1962 and is now in effect, to-wit:
"Article ttt, Section 13" "The President or Vice President thall have power and authority to appoint Attorneys-In-
Fact, snd authorize them to execute, on behalf of the Company thereto, bonds- and undertakings, recognizances,
contrails of indemnity, and other writings obligstory in the nature thereof, and he may at any time in their
judgment remove any such appointees and revoke the authority given to them: '

deed, Fidelity and Surety Bonds, and the execution of such bonds or undertakings in pursuant of these presents,
shall bs as binding upon said Company as fully and amply, to all intents and purposes, as if they had been duly
executed and acknowledged by the regularly elected officers of the Company at its office in Chicago, Illinois,
in their own proper persons. -
