THIS MORTGAGE, made this 23th day of January, 1962, by
gEVgBN W. CARLTON and MARGARBT H. CARL-TON+ his wife, of Port ;
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Plorida, hereinafter called Mortgagors,

with its principal office in Port Pierce, Plorida, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee. '

That the Mortgagors do hereby mortgage, bargain, sell f

If default bs msde for days in the payment o! any installment of principal or interest or
any part thereof, the whole sum then remaining unpaid with interest shall at holder's option become
due and payable without notice. FaUnre to ezerctae ouch option shall not constitute a waiver of the
