And the Mortgagors agreed;to pay said obligation when due,
with interest as stated therein, and to coaply with all .of the
terms thereof, as well as the convenants, terms and conditions
of this Mortgage, and to pay ail costs and expenses of collection
thereof including a reasonable attorney's fee.
And the said Mortgagors for themselves and their heirs,
executors-and administrators, do covenant and agree to and with
the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, that in case default
shall be ^ade in the payment of said promissory note or any instali-
meat thereof, or in the payment of the whole or any part of the
interest thereon-at the tiaes and in the Wanner provided in said
promissory note, or in case tht Mortgagors shall reaove said
chatid s or any of them without written pereission of the Mortgagee;
er permit or suffer any attachment or other process to be levied
upon said property or any part thereof; or perait or suffer any
,judgment to be entered against then, then the said aggregate sus
of money herein mentioned shall becoxe instantly due~and payable,
at the option of the Mortgagee.
And the Mortgagors, fof theaselves, their heirs, executors,
and administrators do further covenant and agree to and with said
Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, that.in case default shall
be made in the payment of said promissory note or any installment
thereon, or in the payment of the whole or any part of the interest
thereon at the times and in the sgnner as provided in said promissory
note; or in case the 'Mortgagors should violate any of the other
terms herein expressed, the Mortgagors will voluntarily surrender
possession to the Mortgagee of said chattels as are covered by
this mortgage so that the title to all of said chattels shall vest
immediately in the Mortgagee by operation of law.
And the Mortgagors do hereby warrant and represent that
they have full right and power to encuaber said property as above
