set forth, and that the same are free and clear of all other
mortgages, liens or encuabranees of any kind or nature whatsoever.
And the Mortgagors further covenant and agree that ail
of the cattle described in Schedule 1 which are now located in
Martin County, Plorida, shall-not be removed therefrom until all
sums due hereunder arc paid in full; -and the Mortgagors further
covenant and agree to tend and care for said cattle in the good
and husband-like manner, according to the custoa of tending
similar livestock in the counties of Martin and St. Lucie, State
of Plorida; shall keep all of said cattle, together with their
increase, securely enclosed in the pasture in which they are now
located; and shall do ail other things necessary to provide all
of said cattle with adequate pasture grasses.
And the Mortgagors further covenant and agree to place,

pay for, and continuously keep all of the chattels described in
Schedule 2 hereof insured against loss ,by fire and theft in the
usual standard policy forms in the sus of not less than the amount
of the indebtedness herein secured, in company or companies as may
be approved by the Mortgagee, and such policy or policies shall
contain the usual standard Mortgagee clause, •aking loss under
said policy or policies payable to the Mortgagee as its interest
may appear and shall promptly deliver said policy or policies to
said Mortgagee.
