AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION
OF LEASE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION OF

LEASE made in duplicate, on this ~_ day of October, A. D. 1960,
between CHARLES W. RAPPOLD, joined by his wife, LILLIAN M.
RAFPOLD, party of the first part, for himaetf, his heirs, personal
representatives and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Rappold",
and SUNRISE MOTOR COMPANY, a Florida corporation, having its
principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Ftorfda, party of the second
part, for itself, and its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred
to as "Sunrise";
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement ae to property in St. Lucie
County, Florida described as follows, to-wit:
The South 225 feet of the North 1100 feet of
that part of the East one-half of the SE} of
the SW~ of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying East of U. S. Highway
No. 1, (State Road No. 5).
was entered into by and between the parties hereto under date of March
27, 1956, which Agreement was duly recorded in Deed Book 212 at
page 162 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to such lease was made in duplicate
on the 31st day of March, 1960, between the same parties, which Amend-
meat to Lease was duly recorded in Deed Book 257, at page 276, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
