WHEREAS the parties hereto are desirous of amending Paragraph
numbered 3. of said Amendment to Lease as is herein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE. in consideration of the sum of X1.00 each
to the other in hand paid, it is mutually understood and agreed by and
between the parties hereto that Paragraph 3. of said Amendment to Lease
bearing date of March 31, 1960 be, and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
3. The option of renewal as is contained in paragraph
numbered (15) of the original Agreement of Lease is hereby
amended to apply to an additional term of forty-four (44) years
from and including the first day• of April, 1966, for, and during,
and until midnight of the 31st day of March 2010, for a rental to
be paid by Sunrise to Rappotd in the sum of ;172, 800.00 to be
payable in successive monthly installments beginning April 1,
1966, and continuing on the first day of each and every succeeding
calendar month of the renewed term, in the amounts as follows:
X250.00 for the first 60 months of the renewed
term;
X300.00 for each of the then next ensuing 120
months; and
X350.00 for the then remaining 348 months;

for Renewal of Lease following the base term as specifically
set forth in sub-paragraphs (a). (b) and (c) of said paragraph
