• AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION
OF LEASE
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION OF
LEASE made in duplicate, on this ~^ day of October, A. 'D. 1960,
• between CHARLES W. RAPPOLD, joined by his wife, LILLIAN M.
- RAPPOLD, party of the first part, for himself, his heirs, personal
representatives and assigns, hereinafter referred to ss "R,appold",
and SUNRISE MOTOR COMPANY, a Florida corporation, hav3n~ its
principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second
part, for itself, and its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred
to as "Sunrise";
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement as to property in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
The South 200 feet of the North 875 feet of that
part of the East one-half of the SEA of the SW~
of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
lying East of U. S. Highway No. 1, (State Road
No. 5). . .
-was entered into by and between the parties hereto under date of March
31, 1960, which Agreement was duly recorded in Deed Book 25? at page
280 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS the parties hereto are desirous of amending Paragraph
numbered 15. of said Lease Agreement as is herein provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of X1.00 each
to the other in hand paid, it is mutually understood and agreed by and
