(15) In further consideration of the sum8 of money paid
and to be paid in pursuance of this Agreement, Rappold does
. hereby give and grant unto Snnrtse the exclusive right, privi-

of forty-four (44) years from and including the lat day of April,
1966, for, and during, and until midnight of the 31st day of
March 2010, for a rental to be paid by Sunrise To Rappold
in the sum of One hundred Seventy-two Thousand Eight hundred
Dollars (;172, 800. 00), to be payable in successive monthly
installments beginning April 1, 1966, and continuing on the
first day of each and every succeeding calendar month of the
renewed term, in amounts as follows:
X250.00 for the first sixty (60) months;
X300.00 for the then next ensuing one hundred
twenty (120) months; and
;350.00 for the then remaining three hundred
