political subdivision of the State of Florida with its offices in the City of
Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, party of the second part;
WITIQ;SSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
aideration of the su; of TEU DOI.I.ARS (10.00), and other good and valuable con-
aiderations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby actnowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and Cranaferred, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part, its succes-
sore and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, sore particularly described as
folloWa:
A parcel of land in the Northeast one-quarter (NEB) of Section
3, Totrnahip 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
being score specifically described as follavs:
~ Frost the Northwest (~ corner of the Northeast one-quarter
(NEB) of said Section 3, bear South 1° 24' 25" Weat,
along the West line of said Northeast one-quarter (NEB),
a distance of 73.81 feet; Thence, South 89° 50' S7"
East, along the south right of way line of Canal C-25,
a distance of 1153.48 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence, continue South 89° 50' S7" East, a distance of
15.00 feet; Thence, South 0° 14' 49" Weat, a distance
of 55.00 feet; Thence, North 89° 50' S7" West, a dis-
tance of 70.00 feet; Thence, North 45° 11' S1" East,
a distance of 77.85 feet to the point of beginning.
The bearings in the above description refer to the standard plane
rectangular coordinate system for the Bast Zane of Florida.
There is specifically reserved unto the Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control District, its successors or assigns, the
right to use the above described lands, or any portions thereof
until December 31, 1962, for the deposit and storage of spoil
materials resulting from excavations in Canal C-25 (Belcher
Canal).
Title to all materials retsaining upon said lands shall vest in
the Grantee herein, its successors or.aasigns.
