Fultz, also known as Miles Evan Fultz, deceased, as party of the first part, and EDWARD MILLER 8a SON, INC., a Ftortda corporation with its principal place of business to Stuart, Florida, as party of the second part. the Honorable~vaas Crary, 7r., County Judge to and for said County, granted to the party of the first part Leave to seii the hereinafter descrtbed land of Mlles E. Fultz, also known as Miles Evan Fultz, deceased, to Edward F. Mtller for the purposes set forth to the Petttton for Sate, said Order of Sale directing the same to be sold to Edward F. Mier and said Edward F. Mtller having assigned his contract for purchase of the hereinafter descrtbed parcel of Lead to Edward Mtller & Soa, . Inc., and the court having entered its Order authorizing and approving said assignment, and the sate of the hereinafter descrtbed property to the assignee, Edward Mtiter & Son, Inc.
