Dollars, and certain protnLes and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said
State and County described a joUows, to-wit:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NWY of NFJf of Section 7,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West 385 feet to a point;
'" thence turn and run South 485 feet to a point; thense turn and run
East 257 feet for point of beginning; from said point of beginning,
continue East 64 feet~to a point; thence turn and run North 125
feet to a point; thence turn and run West 64 feet to a point; thence
turn and run South 125 feet to the point of beginning; said land
being also described as Lot 13 of an unrecorded plat of DUNK
SUBDIVISION, of the NW!( of NEly of NEl~ of Section 7, Township 35
South, Range 40 East.
TOGETHER WITH the right of egress and ingress to lot over and across
the following described street, to wits
Beginning at the NE corner of the NWI4 of NES(a of NE!(a of Section 7
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West 385 feet for point of
beginning; from said point of beginning continue West 50 feet to a
point; thence turn and run Wouth 535 feet to a point; thence turn
and run East 435 feet to a point; thence turn and run North 50
feet to a point; thence turn and run West 385 feet to a point;
thence turn and run North 485 feet to the point of beginning; This
easement shall be in common with the public in general.
