THIS BASBMSNT, made this 30th day of January, 1962, '
by W. W. CARLTON, also sometimes known as MRI(~ W. CARLTGrT,
and ANNIB G. CARLTOri, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to LBO GRdNBS, INC., a Plorida corporation, herein-
after called the Grantee;

Por and in the consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other good and valuable considerhtions paid by the Grantee
to the Grantors, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grant-
ors by these presents do grant, convey and set over to the
Grantee, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns, the following described non-exclusive easements, to-
wit:

1. Anon-exclusive easement for constructing, using, main- _'
twining and operating a road for traffic purposes, without
restrictions, together with the right and license to use roads,
existing or hereinaf ter to be constructed, over and upon the
following described property in St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, to-wits
A parcel of land 60 feet in width extend-
ing 30 feet on each side of the center line of
an ex~~ting dirt road measured at right angles
thereto, said center line being specifically
described as follows:
(a) Beginning at a point 58 feet Bast and 93 feet _
South of the North 1/4 corner of Section 17,
Township 37 South, Range 38 Bast, thence run
Easterly 2586.9 feet to a point 29.5 feet South
of the Northeast corner of said Section 17;
thence continue Easterly 2651.05 feet to a point
39 feet 1Nest and 36.5 feet North of the North ~
