It being agreed and understood by and between
the parties hereto that the East 8 feet of
that part of the above described lands begin-
ning at the point 39 feet West and 36.5 feet
North of the North ~ corner of said Section
16 and ending at the North ~ corner of said
Section 33, constitutes a part of the drainage
canal described in paragraph 2(a) and 2(b)
hereof and that said 8 feet shall be used
only as a part of said drainage canal.
(b) A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending
30 feet on each side of the following de-
scribed center line: Beginning at a point
39 feet West and 36.5 feet North of the North
~ corner of Section 16, Township 37 South,
Range 38 Bast, thence run South to the North
line of said Section lb; thence run Bast along
the North line of said Section 16 to a point
30 feet West of the Northeast corner of said
Section 16; thence run South 30 feet West of
and parallel to the Bast line of said Section
ib to the Northerly right-of-way line of the
road commonly known as the ''Glades Cut Off
Roads' lying ad3acent and parallel to the Plorida
Bast.Coast Railway right-of-way running from
Port_Pierce, Plorida to Belle Glade, Plorida.
