2. Anon-exclusive easement for discharging, drawing, flowing
and pumping irrigation waters, and for the constructing, using,
opera#ing and maintaining a canal for the conveyance of drainage
and irrigation water together with the right and license to use
any and all canals existing or hereaf ter to be constructed on,
over and under the following described property in St. Lucie
County, State of Plorida, to-wit:
(a) A parcel of land 30 feet in width extending 1S
feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning in the South line of Section 9, Town-
ship 3? South, Range 38 Bast, 2.0 feet West of
the S~ corner of said Section 9, and 37 feet
East of the centerline of an existing graded
dirt road, said road being 60 feet in width,
thence northerly parallel with the centerline
of said road 5339.35 feet to a point 37 feet
East of the N} corner of said Section 9, and
3? feet Bast of the centerline of said road,
thence continue northerly paralleling said
centerline of road SS6S.25 feet to a point
86 feet Bast of the N~ corner of Section 4,
Township 37 South, Range 38 Bast, and 37 feet
East of the centerline of said road.
(b) A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending
30 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning in the South line of Section 33,
Township 36 South, Range 38 Bast, 101.0 feet
Bast of the S} corner of said Section 33,
and 52 feet East of the centerline of an
existing dirt road, said road being 60 feet
in width, thence northerly parallel with the
centerline of road aforesaid, 5218.0 feet to
a point 127.0 feet Bast and 100,5 feet South
of the N~ corner of said Section 33, thence
turn and run North 88 degrees O6 minutes
