FI.A. that certain temporary easement to Central and " Southern Plorida Piood Coatrol District for the temporary use of the East 10.0 feet of the Mlest 145.0 feet of said Sections 6 and 31. Provided, however, that the easement described in Paragraph 2Cc) above is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a copy of letter, dated June 20, 1961, by the Sellers to Whitaker Groves Incorporated, et al, a copy of which is attached hereto. Grantors hereby reserve unto themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the right, license and privilege to use in common with the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the roads existing or here after to ~e constructed upon the lands de- scribed in paragraph 1 above and said road shall at a!1 times, during the term of this easement, remain open and unobstructed. Grantors further reserve unto themselves, their heirs, ex- ecutors, administrators and assigns, the right, license and privilege to use in common with the Grantee, its successors or ' assigns, the drainage and irrigation canals, existing or here- of ter to be constructed upon the lands described in paragraph 2 above. Provided, however, that that certain canal described in paragraph 2(c) hereinabove shall be restricted to the use of the following described lands, to-wit: Sections 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, Township 37 South, Range 38 Bast; the West 1~4 of Section 31 and all of that part of Section 33, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, lying Bast of that certain road described in paragraph 1(a) hereinatlove, and that water from no other lands shall be permitted to drain into and through said canal and no water shall be taken therefrom for irrigation purposes other than for the purpose of irrigating the lands described in this paragraph except by the written agreement of ail parties hereto. The term of this easement for all of the drainage- canals described in paragraph 2 above shall be in perpetuity. Provided, - 5 - _. ~..
