however, that that part of the drainage canals describxd in
paragraph 2(b) above extending Baat and North of the NB corner
of the West 1/2 of Section 33 shall be used only for the pur-
pose of conveying drainage waters. All the remainder of said
drainage canals may be used for the conveyance of drainage and
irrigation water. ,
'AND the Grantors hereby coven ant with the Grantee that they
have good right and lawful authority to grant this Basement;
and that they will defend the sane agaiaat the lawful claims
of all pe=sons whomsoever.
