We are delivering to you herewith an Basement for Roads
and Canals of even date herewith in connection with our sale to
you of lands in the West ~ of Section 4 and Section S, in Town-
ship 3? South, Range 38 Bast, in St. Lucie County, Plorida.
It is provided by the Easement for Roads and Canals that
the use of the canal described in paragraph 2(c) thereof,
shall be restricted to the use of the following described lands,
t o-wit
Sections 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, Township 3? South,
Range 38 Bast; the West ~ of Section 31 and
all of that part of Section 33, Township 36
South, Range 38 Bast, lying Bast of that certain
road described in paragraph 1(a) of the Base-
ment.
This letter is to confirm our agreement as hereinafter set
forth and constitutes a part of the Easement for Roads and
Canals.
We, our heirs,eaecutors, administrators and assigns, shall
have the right to use the canal described in paragraph 2(c)
of the Basement, for drainage and irrigation of the following
described lands, to-wit:
Ail of Section 32 and that part of Section 33
lying West of the road described in paragraph
iCa) of the Basement, ail in Township 36 South,
Range 38 East;
upon the following terms and conditions:
You shall be paid, prior to using same for the last above
described lands, the per acre cost of the enlargement of the
canal, the installation of culverts and other improvements thereto
made by you, for each acre of the last above described lands con-
nected thereto and joining in the use thereof.
