ASSIGNMENT OP OIL, GAS AND MINBRAL LBASB
For and•in the consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other valuable Considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, W. W. CARLTON and ANNIB G. CARLTON, the lessors,
holders and owners of that certain oil lease and mineral lease,
made by them to Texaco, Inc., dated November 5, 1959, recorded
in Deed Book 261,. at page 311 of .the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, do hereby assign, transfer, set over and convey
all their right, title and interest in and to said lease to Leo
Groves, Inc., a Florida~corpo~ation, whose mailing address is
c/o Johnson, Williams and I-totsinger, Attorneys at Law, 100 East
Robinson Avenue, Orlando, Florida, .pertaining only to the follow-
ing described lands, and no other, to-wit:
All of that part of Section 33, Township 36 South, Range 38 East,
lying West of the following described line: Beginning at a
point in the North boundary line of said Section, 45 feet East
of the North 1/4 corner thereof, thence run South in a straight
line to a point in the South boundary line of said Section, 19
feet East of the South 1/4 corner thereof. EXCEPTING 1HEREFROM
that part thereof lying South of the center line of an exist-
ing canal, said center line being more particularly described
as follows: Begin at a point in the West. line of said Section
33, 66 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof, thence run
Easterly in a straight line to a point in the East line of
said West 1/2 of said Section 33, 99 feet North of the South-
east corner of the West 1/2 of said Section, thence continue
said straight line to its intersection with the line first
above described.
Said lands consisting of 326.95 acres, more or less.
PROYIDED HdWEVBR, that we do hold, except and reserve from
this Assignment all of our righx, title and interest in said Lease
as to all of the lands therein described and not hereinabove specific-
ally described.
