In the event H(J(ARD YOUR.KB &hould fail to enter into or
execute the purchase agreements .ubmitted by the patties hereto,

and l-efe:-enced i\bovef then this Agreement is to be null llnd void
and of no force and effect.

In the event HCJtiARD YOl.fRB.B should execute and enter into the
purchase agreements submitted by the p~rtie5 hereto and referenced
above, then it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as
follows:

A. The Pirst Party ~hall con8truct a bridge across
Drainage Canal C-25 to the iomediate South of the
properties involved herein to reach the lands owned
by the Firat Party, with the Second Party sharing
in payment for the cost of said bridge upon a per-
centAKe basis, with the percentage being the ratio
of the land" owned or being purchased by the
Second Party over the lands owned by OT being
purchased by the First Party and lying East of the
lands tHdng purchased by the Second P31'ty. Costs
of the bridge shall include all C03tS of con&truc-
tion, c8ti~ated at $13,500.00, plus costs of all
excavation, ditching, dirt moving, 8urveyinR,
enginecring~ gra.ding, leveling, attornl~Ys fee~ and
such other expenses rea30ilably necessary to provide
