requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, bung part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~J1ort-
gage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Jim B. Diamond and Dorothy L. Diamond, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Jim B. Diamond and Dorothy L. Diamond, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, pane! or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:
That part of Lots 2 and 3 of '::illlam Carlsan's subdivision, as per
plat thereof recorded in Ylat Book 3, ^age 24, Wit. Lucie County
records, described as fellows:
From the southwest corner of said Lot 3, run ~:ast along the south

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Jim B. Diamond and Dorothy L. Diamond, his wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of a; d from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of she aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights end remedies of the holder thereof.
