STOKES, and that the P1'aintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for by and in his Complaint, and which is hereinafter granted, and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is, upon due consideration, MURDERED, ADJLTDGBD AND DSCRBSD as follows: 1.
