Owner- Which results from the co,lveyance severing the above-described real estate
from said remaining lands of Owner for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
the Sunshine State ParkSVay upon the above-described real estate, and from any damage
arising from any cause whatsoever to the date hereof iii connection with~surveyinb for,
drilling in coiiaection with, and constructing the 5u;ishine State Parkway.
