Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931, as amended, has ftled in this office corporation capital stock tax
report as provided in Chapter 1467?, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931, as amended, and paid tl'iree
years back corporation capital stock tax as provided in Chapter 24110 ~ Laws of Florida, Acts
of 19`17 -, and that the said corporation has been fully restored to corporate entity and the
said restoration shall have effect ab initio from the date of dissolution of said corporation, as
provided by said Chapter 24- 110 ,Laws of Florida, Acts of 1.947 .
