LUNDSTEN, his wife, in the use of thetr~selve and of their successors in interest of ttte lands specifically above described, for road-purposes only, and that nothing herein contained`~Y~all in any way affect, alter, icr~pair, minimize or diminish the effect cf said encumbrance or the remedies at law or in equity for recovering there~ut or against the parties ctlarged thereby, the fill amount of all sums secured by or due under the same. - .~ IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that in the event said above described premises are abandoned by the said Charles A. Lundsten and Violet D. Lundsten, his wife, or their successors in interest and cease to be used for road purposes, that in such event the subordination o= said Judgment Lien shall terminate in and to such portion abandoned and no longer used as aforesaid, and the Judgment Lien shall become of the same status with reference to such abandoned portion as if the subordination ham' never been made.
