hSORTGAGE PLAT JGINDER AGREtP~tENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Letitia E. Rides, does hereby consent and
join in the dedication of the Plat to be known as
Port St. Lucie Indistrial Park Unit One, she being
the sole and survivirl~ owner and holder of a mortgage
from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPOP.ATION given to
Samuel N. Rhodes and Letitia F. Rhodes, hid wife,
executed the 8th day of May, A. D. 1959, and
recorded in R4ortgage Book 15b, at Page 57, et. ?seq.,
in the Uffice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
By the execution of this Joinder Agreement all
other terms and conditions of the aforecited
mortgage shall remain the same; however, the said
mortgage shall he and by_theso presents is hereby
subordinate and subject to only the avenues,
boulevards, roaGS, high~~.~ays and drainage rights
of ways shown on the plat or plats.
