That Arthur E. Roberta, as Trustee o£ The Ed~-=in Binney Heirs
Trusts" is the owner and holder of cer*ain mortgages xgferred to
in Mortgsge Extension Agreement recorded in Mortgage Book 134,
pages 197 et eel., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and dated February 1, 1957, and said mQrtgag~s having been assigned-
to Arthur E. Roberta as Trustee of "The Edwin Kinney Heirs'` Trust,"
by an "Assignment of Mortgage" dated December 29, 1961, recorded
in Official Record Book 26, Page 445-446, gubl.ic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
N041~, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the re-
ceipt of other valuable considerations, to him in hand raid, the
said 'IYustee does hereby release, rise and forever discharge
Joseph C. Mackey and Frances M. Mackey, their heirs, executors
and administrators, of and from all and all manner of action and
actions, claims and demands whatsoever in law or ire equity that
said Arthur E. Roberts as Trustee of "The Edwin Kinney Heirs'
Trust" ever had, now has, or hereafter can or may have, under or
by reason of the aforesaid mortgag~:s, referred to in the aforesaid
Mortgage Extension Agreement dated February 1, 1957 and recorded
in Mortgage Book 134, pages 197 et seq. of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
PROVIDED that this partial release shall not impair the Zien
of the mortgages referred to in the Mortgage Extension Agreement
and "Assignment of Mortgage" recited above, or any mo::tgage or in-
strument on the remaining part of any property described in Mort-
gage Extension Agreement and "Assignment of Mortgage" recited above.
Further, nothing herein contained shall in any wise alter any cif
the rights and remedies of the holder of the notes and mortgages
referred to in the Mortgage Extension Agreement and "Assignment
of Mortgage" recited above except as expressly set forth herein.
Otherwise than as herein expressly set forth, the aforesaid rr~ort-
gages referred to in the Mortgage Extension Agreement and "Assign-
ment of Mortgage" shall remain in full force and effect.
