sent of said Vendor.
That if Purchaser shall fail to promptly make payments as provided to be made
by this contract or remove or attempt to remove, or incumber or attempt to incumber,
said property the entire unpaid balance of this gontract shall immediately mature
and become payable at the option of Halsey and Griffith, Inc.. That if the said
Halsey ~ Griffith, Inc. shall place this contract in the hands of an attorney for
collection Purchaser agrees to pay all costa and axpan~ea of such collection, includ-
ing a reasonable atCo~ney's--fee.
The title to the said above described property shall remain in the said Halsey
and Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price shall have been paid.
Yurchaae agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purchase any goodq from the
said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. before the above described goods era pentsfthatnPurchasar

fully paid for before allowing further credit on this account.
In the event that the property dsFCribad in thin contract is inured or destroyed
by fire, or otherwise, the lose shall fall upon the purchaser ar_d not upon the said
Nalaey ~ Griffith, Inc. and the debt under t},ia contract shall not be in vise, affect-
ed or destroyed thereby.
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after default in any
payment of any installment of the purchase price of the property described herein for
a period of five (S) days, by its servants and agents, to enter upon the premises
where said property is located and take possession of the same, without legal process,
and all payments made up to the time of ouch default shall bo considered and applied
ace rent for the use of the property, and its depreciation in value.
