The title to the said above described property shall remain in the said Halsey
and Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price shall have been paid.
Purchase agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purchase any goods from the
said H~laey & Griffith, Inc. before the above described goods are said for ir, full,

may hereafter make on account of the said subsequently purchased goods, until they are
fully paid for before allowing further credit on this account.
In the event that the property described in t91• contract is inured or destroyed
by fire, or otherwise, Lhe loss shall fall upon the purchaser and not upon Che said
Halsey 6 Griffith, Inc. and the debt under th!• contract shall not be in wise, aff~ct-
ed or destroyed thereby.
Halsey 6 Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after default in any
payment of any installment of the purchase price of the property described herein for
a period of five (S) days, by its servants and agents, to enter upon the premises
where said prop~•_-ty is located and take possession of the sac.e, without legal process,
and all payments madt up Lo the time of such default shalt ba considered and applied
ae rent for the use of [he property, and its depreciation in value.
