~,~ Tt3IS AG~SEMENT, made and executed in duplicai:e, this
c~O "~ day of June, 1960, by and betr~:een KICLITER OIL CO., INC.,
a Florida corporation, party of the first part, hereinafter
referred to as "Landlord", anc~ W. GUY INGRAM and ClrAlt~1MAE INGRAM,
his wife, parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to
as "Tenant", all of St. Lucie County, Florida,
W ITN E S S E T H, that in and for the consideration
of One ($1.00) Ltollar and other valuable considerations by
Tenant paid to Landlord, it.is mutually sgreed and covenanted
as follows:
1. That Tenant shall have the right to construct upon
the premises that Tenant leases from Landlord under terms and
conditions of that certain Lease Agreement between the parties
hereto dated December 17th, 1957, and recorded in Deed Eaok 234
at Page 510, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a
building constructed of metal siding and roofing and having
~~imensi~ns of not less than forty feet by fifty xeet (40 x 50).
2. That the construction of the aforesaid building shall
be approximately 2.5 feet east of the building known ~s Ingram's
Fruit And Gift Shap presentl}• located on the premises described
in aforesaid Lease, and shall provide adequate drainage facilities.
3. That Tenant shall at any time have the right to
dismantle the building described in Paragraph One (1) above and
to remove the same from the leased premises -(at the expense of
Tenant) and that said building shall not become the property of
Landlord upon termination of tt~e present lease between Landlord
and Tenant, or any sxtentiion thereof.
