POINT OF BEGINNING; run thence S 89°50'12" W, along the Northerly right of way line
of said Canal No. 46, z distance of 423.21 feet, to a point of intersection with a
circular curve to the right, havir_g a radius of 5,929.59 feet and a central angle of
13°33'55", said point of intersection bearing S b0°38'13" W, froth the center of gaitl
circular cun~e; run thence Northwesterly along the arc of said circular curve to the
right, a distance of 1,403.88 feet, to a point in the North line of the S 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 10; run thence N 89°59'17" E, along the North line of{ster-

section with a circular cur/e to the left, concentric with the last mentioned circular
