PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
?I~iEREAS, the Ft. r~ierce Port And Airport Authority is the
owner of the property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
mown ~?s St. Lucie County Airport, and is desirous ~f regulating
t?;e development and use of certain portions of sai~_~ land in order
to assure the proper development of a desirable and stable indus-
trial community.
i;~'A, THERERORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of the rt. Pierce Fort And Airport Authority this _,j~y~ day of
October 1962, that said Board does hereby establish
the iollowinrr covenants:
PART A -AREA OF APPLICATION
All lands now or hereafter platted for industrial use on
property known as St. Lucie County Airport are covered by these
covenants; and said plats are to be recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie Cour:ty, Florida.
PART S - LAND USE
Land may be used only for the purposes and within tho 'imi-
tations set forth herein, specifically including .light manufacturing
and/or warehouse distribution, and e:ccluding any retail business,
public or recreational use of land.
Thz real property described herein is subjected to the con-
ditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements hereby

declared to fissure proper use and appropriate development and im-
orovement of each building site thereof; to proteot the lessees
of building sites against such improper use of surrounding build-
ing sites as will depreciate the value of their property; to guard
