7. Sewage Disposal: -Each individual seL~tic tank system
shall be located, designed, anc~ constructed in accordance with the
requirer.:ents of the St.~Lucie County Health De partment. In the
event a cor_munity sewage disposal system is later installed, the
lessee of each lot hereby agrees, upon completion of same, to dis-
continue use of individual se ptic tanks-and to connect to said
cor^~!unity syster.~.
f3. Land Coverage: No building or structure may be placed,
altered, or erected which covers more than 50 per cent of the land
area then under lease.
9. Building Setbac:r - i~o building or projection thereof
shall be placed, altered, or erected within 40 feet of the front
line facing on a street; 20 feet of each side lot line; and 30
..feet of each rear lot. line.
10. Off-Street Parking: Each building and use thereof, shall
he provided with off-street parking facilities for 'the use of occu-
pants, employees, or visitors, a^d shall be maintained in good order
as long as the main use of the building or structure is continued.
One parting space shall be provided for each three employees. Each
paring spice shall be not less than 10 feet in width and 20 feet
in length, anc'. directly accessible from a street, alley or adequate
drive~•ray without driving over or through other parking spaces.
