1€3. Terra. These Covenants are to run with the land for a
period of thirty (30) years from the date these covenants are re-
corded, after which time said covenants, including ariy changes e:
ar^endments thereof, shall i~ automatically extended for successive
periods of thirty years. _
19. Enforcement: Enforcement shall be by proceedings at
las. or in equity against any person, firm or corporation violating
or attempting to violate any covenant, either to restrain violations
or to recover damages.
20. Severabilityt Invalidation of any one of these coven-
ants by judgment or court order shall in no wise effect airy of the
other. provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Right To Diodify: The Board of Commissioners of The
Ft. Pierce Port And Airport Au~h.ority hereby e:cpressly reserves
the right in its absolute discretion at any time to annul, waive,
change or modify any of the restrictions, conditions, agreements
and provisions contained rerein as to any lot not under lease to
any person, firm or corporation. All resolutions executed in pur-
suance of this paragraph shall be recorded in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
