RESOLUTION
1~FIEREAS, the purpose of the plat filing regulations previ-
ously adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County is to protect the purchasers of lots in a s!~bdivision by
cx~taranteeincr, in so far as possible, that the improver.:ents shown
thereon would be installed by the developer and,
~1IIEREAS, the Ft. Pierce Port and Airport Authority has pre-
rented for approval and recording an industrial plat of certain
lands owned by sai<~ Authority entitled "Airport Industrial Park,
Unit 1" and,
',off-iEREAS, the sole purpose of recording said plat is to en-
able the leasing of said lands by reference to sai~j plat lather
than by T~Ftes an~~i bounds descriptions, and the title to the lots
shown thereon will remain in the Ft. Pierce Port and Airport
A~ithority and not be sold to individuals as is the case of an
ordinary sub-tivision,

ti:at the requirement that no plat shall he recordei until the streets
shown thereon have been paved to County specifications or a bond
postE•d to insure such paving be and the same is hereby waive-I,
and the plat of Airport Industrial Park, `Jnit 1, is h~-reb;r approve•-I
for recording.
