the Governor of the StatQ of Florida, under the authority of Section 608.36, Florida Statutes,
19 35 ,for its failure to gay its corporation capital stock tax, as provided in Chapter 14677,
Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931, as amended, has filed in this office corporation capital stock tax
report as provided in Chapter 14677, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931, Qa amended, and paid three
years back corporation capital stock tax as nrov_ded in Chapter 24110 Laws of Florida, Acts
of 1947 _, and that the said corporation has been fully restored to corporate entity and the
said restoration shall have effect ab initio from the date of dissolution of said corporation, as
provided by said Chapter 24110 ~ Laws of Florida, Acts of 1947
