AVREEMENT FOR __ DEED
ARTICLES OF AGREEI~~T, made this 22nd Say of October, in
the year of our_ Ford One Thousand *,Jine Hundred and Sixty-Two, be-
tween CARSON NSEYER and bSARY J. DYER, his wife, parties of the
first part, and SAMPSON YATES and HELEN YATES, his wire ,
parties of the second part;
w ITNESSETH: That if the parties of the second part shall
first make the pa}~rnents and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said parties
of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure
to t2~e said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors,
administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances
~al~atever, except as hereinafter set out, by a good and sufficient
~aarranty Deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land situate i-i the
Cou~t~• of St. Lucie, Florida, known and described as follows, to-
wit.
Lot 14, of Block 6, of PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION,
as Aer plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at
page 17, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements,
rights-of-way and protective covenants of record.
And the said parties of the second part hereby covenan*_ ~r_~?
agree to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of
