Together with all structures and improvements now and her~witer on said land, and fixtures attached
thereto, and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which
are included within the foregoing description and the habendum~~thereof ; also all gas, !term, electric,
water, and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plur~lb`ing, ventilating, irrigating, and power
systems, mactines, appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter pertain to,
or be used with, in, or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Sam:., together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament! and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apperta~riing, and the reversion and reversions, remain-
der or remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, home-
stead, dower and right of dower, separate estate, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in
law as in equity, of the said mortgagor in and to the same, and every part thereof, wish the appurte-
nances of the said mortgagor in and to the same; and every part and_ parcel Thereof onto the said
mortgagee in fz8 simple.
And the mortgagor hereby covenants with t}:a mortgagee, that he is indefeasibly seized of said land
in .°ee simple; that he has full power and lawful right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid;

whomsoever.
