P.DMINISTRl~TRIX AND i~IDOW's DEED
'This Indenture,-made and entered into November 9 1952,
between Cecilia R. Gusttler Kane,~nee Cecilia R. Guettler, as
the duly appointed, qualified and acting administratrix of the
Estate of Thomas S, Hughes, deceased, late of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and Frances Hughes, a single adult, of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as the surviving widow of said deceased, parties of the
first part, and I~. R. Helseth and Laura B. Helseth, husband and
wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose mailing addresses are
1018 South 8th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the

WtTNESSE'TH: That on November ~ 1962, upon the petition
of the said Cecilia R. Guettler Kane as administratrix aforesa~_d,
and with the consent of Frances Hughes as widow aforesaid, the
Honorable J. M. Sample, County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, suthori~ed said administratrix to sell certain real
estate of the said deceased which was not a homestead within the
meaning of the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida,
hereinafter described, at private sale to the said parties of the
second part for the sun of $13,000.00 cdsi-~.
NOW, THERE-FORE, in consideration of the premises and iii
further consideration of the sum of $13,000.00 purchase money
paid at and before the execution and dslivery of this deed,
receipt of which is hereby acknowlP~ged, said parties of the
first part have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed,
