and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
unto~the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situated in
St. Luciz County, Florida, described as follows:

unto belonging or in any wise arpertaining, subject, however, to
all taxes assessed and levied upon that property for 1962.

AND the said parties of the first part do hereby represent

execute this deed.
