SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ~ALI. MEN BY THESE PPESENTS, That we, EUGr:NE FRITZ and
VIOLET FRITZ, the owners and holders of a certain Mortgage given
by COMMERCIAL SECURITIES CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, to
Eugene Fritz and Violet Fritz, bearing date the 1st day of Novem-
ber, A. D. 1957 and recorded in Mortgage Book No. 142, pages 147-
152 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, given to secure the swn of Seventy-one Thousand
and no/100 Dollars, evidenced by one certain note, upon the
following described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
The East Half (E'~) of Sectioii.3, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, EXCEPT the N~ of the NWT of the NEB
of said Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 39 East;
Containing 300 acres, more or less.
EXCEPTING from the above, however, all rights of way
~; for drainage canals owned by North St. Lucie Drainage
"$ District and rights of way for public roads;
have received full payment of said indebtedness and do hereby acknow-
ledge satisfaction of said Mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of r ecord.
