If any deficiency in the payment of any installment under this Hots is not made good prior to the dun date

And shall duly, pr^-npp~ly, and fully perform, discharge, cxecuta, offset, complata, and comply ~+'ith and
abide by each and every ells stipulations, agreanu•nts, conditions, and covenants of said promissory note and
of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cEase and be null and void.
The Mortgagor further covenants as follows:
1. That lie will pay the indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. Privilego is reserved to prepay at any time,
without premium or fee, the entire indebtedness or any part thereof not less than the amount of one installment,
or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is less. Any prepayment made on other than an installment
due date will not be credited until the next following installment due date.

secured hereby, shall be paid in a single payinsnt each month, to be applied to the following items
in the order str+ted:
(I) round ren.ta, taxes, sssessn)ents, .re, and other Hazard insurance premiums;
(II) interest on the note ssc•ured hereby; and
(III) amortization of the principal of said note. `

gagor for such items or, at Vlortgauee's option, shall be refunded to Vortgagor. If, however, such monthly
